The purpose of this letter is to express my interest in becoming a member of Kappa Alpha Pi’s Iota chapter in UC Berkeley. My passion towards professional advancement as well as my need to challenge myself within a close-knit community are just some of the reasons why I aspire to become a member of KAPi. Over the past three years, I have grown strongly accustomed to working with people and solving real world problems. My work experience in the service industry has taught me handle patron inquiries, complaints, and questions with ease. Especially with my most recent position as a waitress this past summer, I have had to not only manage a high volume workload in the most unpredictable of times but also make sure that I produced excellent service
