After completion of the Kaplan diagnostic test, I had overall 47.2% answers correct. I understand that my score is below average, and I have to work more on safety and infection control, psychosocial integrity, pharmacological/parental therapies, implementation, and management of care. Indeed, I had the lowest score in those areas. Overall, I scored above average in most of the nursing process categories. I scored 63% in assessment, 64.7% in diagnosing, 55.6% in planning, 26.9% in implementing, and 41.2% in evaluating. I changed 12 answers from correct to incorrect, 12 from incorrect to correct, and 10 incorrect to incorrect. I found the delegation, pharmacological, and psychosocial questions very challenging.
