Introduction
Kantipur fresh Fruits and Juice (KFFJ) prioritizes its customers and gives preferences on the employees and profits. Its main goals are survival, profit maximization and growth.it is a private organization which officially started in 2001 at kathmandu.it has various branches at various locations at Kathmandu and various other cities and has plans of establishing association with various other international companies.
KFFJ primarily has three functions namely purchasing fresh fruits, then reserving or storing these fresh fruits and then distributing these juice to the customers.
I have been assigned to design an e-commerce solution for the company.

The market is competitive so Staying in the business is the goal of KFFJ. Also KFFJ aims to dominate the market. If KFFJ delivers quality fruits and juice to its customer then it can become more popular among the customers and can survive in the market.

Maximize Profit
In order to make profit the revenue should be greater than the cost of doing the business. Being a private organization KFFJ has aims to generate profit for the functioning of their business. It is their ultimate goal. Growth
As KFFJ possess many branches at different locations at Kathmandu and at other various cities it has plans of expanding the business and make partnerships with various international companies.

Ecommerce, if introduced can benefit KFFJ in Many Ways. Introducing ecommerce in any kind of business is more convenient to the business as well as to its customers. If ecommerce is introduced at KFFJ then it can develop into an important benefit to KFFJ and its customers. Impacts of e-commerce system on KFFJ

Customer Impact If people can shop from anywhere in the world it will make them feel more advantageous and it will be convenient. They can shop from their homes and do not have to go outside. More customers will be attracted this way.

Marketing which is often time consuming can be completed in very little time frame.

The internet can provide many useful information than any other medium can give. More amount of information can be provided by KFFJ with minimal effort.
Reduction of cost
The employee numbers are decreased so there will be reduced expenses

24 hour service KFFJ can get benefits from the 24 hour service facility.
Friendly to the environment When travelling by vehicle is reduced the environmental pollution such as air pollution and sound pollution is also reduced.
