Hello this is the wonderful Kameron Garner, born and raised in the great State of Texas. Kameron was a wrestler up until his senior year. Reason being is that he tore his shoulder his freshman year and was having difficulty with the navy because of it .Why should I take anymore career threatening risks being this young? A couple things about myself. I love wrestling, lifting weights , barbecue and dogs , pit bulls to be clear, he loves working with his hands- getting down and dirty. I would say I am more of a hands on visual learner; Makes it easy for Mr.Garner to work and learn at the same time. I also love water and the ocean, I want to travel all over the world and see the different coasts. My goals after high school are to join the military,

My goal to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point stems from my desire to serve and represent my country in uniform, and on the battlefield if necessary. I know that attending West Point will not only give me the opportunity to serve my country, but to do so with courage and integrity so many West Point graduates are known for. As a child and into my teen years, I was always eager to hear the stories of my grandfather and my uncle regarding their adventures in the Army, gathering all the details to form the imagery in my mind. My maternal grandfather and uncle served in the Navy, and I was equally enthralled to listen to their adventures on the seas. Brian, my oldest cousin, is currently serving as an Army Ranger and…

I want to become a Marine Corps Officer because I believe it takes something else, something great to lead the best and most aggressive fighting force in the world. Marine Corps Officers are the epitome of a great Marine and have to have certain personality traits that distinguish themselves from others and label them as leaders. My father raised me with the mentality that ideals such as integrity and sacrifice are more important in a man than materialistic objects and bad morals. Growing up, I had a lot of experience to gain these traits and even learn new ones like commitment and initiative. In high school, I was on the swim team and played water polo all four years, and my junior year my coach made me Team Captain.…

Prior to beginning the masters of occupational therapy program it was as if I was an ancient wanderer in the dark ages, eager to learn new ideas and discover new places not sure what the world would throw at me next. Over the next eight years I found myself at a series of personal crossroads one encounters during life’s journey. Not the crossroad where one sells their soul to the devil for some magical power. It was more of one of those forks in the road, a kin to the Robert Frost Poem, where one path leads to life A and the other leads to life B. Crossroads that impacted my future, shaped who I am and my character, influenced life changes, which led to a transition that will influence me and my family for generations to come. I come from…
