4.0 PROBLEMS RECOGNITIONS
The creation of goods and services requires changing resources into goods and services. The more efficiently to make this change, the more productive that Kamal & Kamal Pest Control have to provide more value to its goods and services. Mr Azlan Kamal wishes to improve the productivity in Kamal & Kamal Pest Control by improving efficiency in served their customers with services more friendly user. However, these have encounter several problems during the operations in Kamal & Kamal Pest Control.
4.1 Don’t follow the procedures.

One of this problem is the customer want or have to postpone the date that been promised with Kamal & Kamal Pest Control. This is a bit problem to Kamal & Kamal Pest Control, from the problem state above the workers in Kamal & Kamal Pest Control work according to the schedule, to cancel the date and have to find new date that suitable is quite trouble to them.
The workers have their day off from works, if the date customers wants and other workers that been work that day can’t handle the work because of their schedule full, Kamal & Kamal Pest Control have to call out the workers from their day off and have to pay extra to them because they have to works on their day off. This can make the cost of the organization increases indirectly. Kamal & Kamal Pest Control do thinks that shouldn’t make this problem can cost organization more because the organization want to make and used their productitivity effectively and efficiency in order to maximize their profits at the lowest
