Ms. Longhway,

I have been made aware of an incident that took place in Kalup's history class today. Apparently, Ms. Von approached Kalup and questioned him about one of the assignments that are in dispute. This was not done in private but at his desk during class. She also called him to the front of class while he was watching a video and told him to take a picture of the board. When he asked her why, she said it was because he is always writing things down and this would make it easy for him. She then proceeded to confirm that he knew what she was talking about.

As it was made very clear to Ms. Von, both during and after our meeting yesterday that I would be bringing our issue to you, this incident is completely uncalled for and frankly

According to the case presented by Donnellon and Margolis (2009), MediSys was a small company that manufactured medical monitoring systems for hospitals. It was founded in 2002, and up until 2008, had been successful. However, the board of directors began to notice an early pattern of slow growth, while two other competitors were moving into the same major markets, launching products that were to compete with IntenseCare, their most recent product. This case takes place six months before the launch of IntenseCare, which was their most financially ambitious project. Art Beaumont was named president in 2008, as he was thought to have the strategic focus and assertiveness the company needed to continue prospering.…

This intensified the possibility of the issue becoming public and it did. Sheila’s parents, the media, and the community became aware and involved in the occurrence. While observing in Beth Johnston’s First Grade classroom at Eugene Field Elementary School, I have noticed some effective and ineffective classroom management practices that she uses while I have been in the classroom. One effective classroom management technique that I have observed is that Mrs. Johnston puts her student’s desks into groups of three or four. This is an effective technique because she puts her strong students with her not as strong students, which can help with the students who might need a little help staying on track with the lesson that they are supposed to get done. Also, Mrs. Johnston has changed the groups a couple of times since I have been observing in the classroom. This I believe is effective because the students…

Wasalu Muhammad Jaco (Lupe Fiasco) and Lonnie Rashid Lynn, Jr. are one of the best influential hip moguls of our generation. Both artists are from Chicago, Illinois and share similar back-stories in their lives, which was able to propel them from the stereotypical rappers that only talk about drugs money and sex. Common who made his debut in the 90’s talks about keeping Hip Hop from falling into the loop that mainstream rapping is turning into and with that his song “Dooinit” Which talks about a culture shock in the rap industry where individuals were selling out just for materialism and Common wants to make an effort to save them from falling into it. The next lyric is “The Neighborhood” which depicts life in Chicago and remembering where you come from. A lot of people who make it forget about where they come from and this song is basically the reminder of you are the product of where you came from, so never forget about the trials and tribulations that you had to overcome in order to achieve what you have now.…

If you’ve ever walked down the halls of Worland High School in the last couple of years then you are probably familiar with a certain teacher who has been mesmerizing and inspiring students for years. This teacher, like many teachers at Worland High, has the ability to transform students from simple minded balls of clay, to Michelangelo sculpted philosophers. The teacher about whom I’m talking of is not only a teacher, but a doctor which is even more reason to believe everything that he says. This is, of course, is Dr. Tim McGee, English teacher at Worland High School. Dr. McGee has been teaching at our high school for quite some time now and has been posing students questions without any answers for just as long.…
