(Study Design/Sample Population) Experimental; Exploring the effect of freezing then heating kale to see how sulforaphane affects the deletion of H Pylori. Examine fresh kale, have 50 males and 50 females with H Pylori or Peptic Ulcers Disease consume the fresh kale and measure how it treats the bacteria and ulcer. Freeze kale then boil kale at 212°F have 50
