The reading stated that the Six Sigma was a development that was made for production that is high as an example Motorola (Goetsch & Davis, 2014). Six Sigma has a duty to service many organization. Six Sigma includes many different benefits such as the cost reduction, productivity improvement, customer retention, market share growth, cycle time reduction, culture change and product and service development. If it was me that had to decide on which approach is best I would go with the Kaizen approach because this approach seems as if it is much better and is simplifies for one to have a great understanding on what exactly is occurring and the major steps to take during the approach.
