The play “ Subterranean Homesick Blues Again” by Dennis Reardon is a dark spooky type of play. The play takes place on the inside of a cave and it’s about a young tour guide that decides to mess with the minds of two talkative couples that are taking a tour in the caves. Once you start reading it might seem boring but as you keep reading the story gets interesting, as the tour guide is giving them information about the caves and so on while Naomi, Sherman, Mick, and Kathy have a conversation. I believe that it was persuasive enough because as I mentioned at first it might seem boring but as you keep reading it gets your attention to the point where you are interested on reading for more.…

I took this story as a mans point of view in how to date. The author made this story very relatable and to not only men but woman could understand it. It reminded me of some men that I know and how they think. I have six nephews so it made me think of them and how I hope they do not behave with their future girlfriends. He states that young men are under constant pressure of trying to fit in with society and make them seem more desirable over others.…

I also really like the story telling part, I can tell that the author Morris Gleitzmann wrote the book with a story in his mind, that he wanted to get across to the readers. It's a kind of sad and brutal story, but I think it's important that it gets shared and that people read it because that way they can get educated on what the worlds really like in some places. And it makes me appreciate, how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful country.…
