Kaci has Epilepsy which means 100 seizures a day. So, she is almost paralyzed.

Kaci’s parents should have allowed her to have the surgery because she wouldn’t have seizures anymore. We know that she’d have up to 100 seizures a day. Also, she reached things in the air that weren’t there. However, Kaci had no choice to have half a brain, which stopped the seizures.

Furthermore, Kaci wants to be an independent woman as Kaci states that she loves to drive and hang out with her friends. In the video, she says that she wants to do things on her own.
