KEYS Job Centre “delivers a wide range of employment programs to meet the needs of their clients. These programs are funded and supported by various levels of government including: Ontario Ministry Of Training, Colleges and Universities (Employment Ontario), Service Canada, Employment and Social Development Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Ministry of Education.” (Keys/Services,2015) “In the twelve months to January, employment increased by 0.7% (+126,000). Over the same period, the unemployment rate rose from 6.6% to 7.2%, as the labour force grew at a faster pace than employment.” (Statcan,2016) KEYS Job Centre 's mission statement is “building a community through innovative employment services.” (Keys,2015)

The Kingston locations are at 182 Sydenham street and the other is in the Peachtree Plaza on 1187 Princess Street.” (Keys/contact,2015) “KEYS operates within a board of directors playing a leadership role; The board is responsible for directing and protecting the organization in the interests of the community.”(Keys/board,2015) There are nine board members. One director, one vice president, one treasurer, one secretary, one past-president/director and four directors.

“As a community-based, non profit” organization, KEYS Job Centre needs “donors to help provide the funding needed to keep their doors open to everyone who needs them. The commitment from the donors allow them to make their annual financial plans secure in the knowledge that their clients will receive the life-changing programs they rely on. Stability in uncertain times is a tremendous gift for any charity.” (Keys/support,2015) My recommendations for them are to keep doing what their doing because its clearly been working out great the past few
