A change that would be implemented here at KCCC would be one of rotating work shifts for the employees. It is with understanding that there was rotation system along with a seniority system in place to insure that employees were treated equal and received opportunity to explore and be rewarded for their commitment to the mission and time served.
The reason for the change is that it would allow a fresh set of eyes and energy to complete daily task and allow each crew the importance of working together. Without variety, it allows employees to get complacence and productivity goes down along with the quality of work.
