Jyushimatsu Cause And Effect

Improved Essays
The sound of the TV echoed faintly throughout the house, Jyushimatsu being the only brother home at the time. He had wanted to remain home while the rest of his brothers went out to go drink, because his most favorite ever was going to air its season finale. Jyushimatsu really did not want to miss it. The suspense, the drama, and the action! It was the best show ever in his opinion. Osomatsu had told him he could just record the show and watch it later when they all came back. But where was the fun in that? Watching it live was so much more entertaining! So there he was, his eyes practically glued to the TV screen, as he watched the events of the show unfold. Jyushimatsu even had some popcorn prepared so he could eat it, while watching. Food …show more content…
He barely even registered that someone had opened the front door, and entered into the house. It wasn't until whoever it was, came into the room did he realize that someone else was here. Jyushimatsu turned his head around quickly. To his surprise, it was his older brother Ichimatsu! The younger sibling's mouth widened into his usual big smile and his eyes lit up. Jyushimatsu stayed in that hugging position a little longer than any normal person probably would have, but he eventually let go of Ichimatsu. He went to go back to where he was sitting, and he patted the spot next to him as he continued to look at his older brother. "Sit! Sit! Come sit down with me!" He enthusiastically yelled out. He grabbed another handful of popcorn and tossed it into his mouth. "We can watch this together, nii-san!! It's so good!" Jyushimatsu wiggled his arms around in joy. He really loved being with his older

The sound of footsteps going down the creaky wooden staircase echoed through the strangely silent house of the Tristessens. Between the walls, pestilence and death hung in the air like a thick smog, choking everyone inside. The only disturbance to the stagnant, silent atmosphere was the occasional cough rattling through the lungs of the man, Galen, who seemed much older than he was, and his children moving about the house to care for him. “Jackson, could you please get me the water? Bring it up here--quickly” Jillian called to her brother in a voice barely louder than a whisper.…

My eyes quickly sprang open to the piercing sound of my inner com making a very scratchy yet high pitched noise, that I had never heard it make before. Almost like someone was screaming,or maybe something. In the background of that horrible noise it almost sounded as if someone was in the shower, I sleepily began to step down from my bed and saw that my sister was lying in her bed asleep. Slurring my words I yelled and asked "Savannah! Do you hear that?"…

I knew the moment word had reached me that Hunter was snatched up by Paulette Hensley that things were going to go bad for me. Oh, how I wish I wasn’t right, but I found myself in the back of a limo between two large men and a folder placed in my lap by Ms. Hensley herself. Not only did Hunter hit a hornet’s nest with a baseball bat, the queen came out to deal with him personally. I knew some of the things I had done that were wrong, but after she and her lawyers twisted everything around, I would be on death row before the week was out. I guess what I had heard about the last guy who dated her was true.…

My mind was running its own thoughts as it planned the day I had ahead of me. I walked into my parents’ room, taking a sip of hot coffee from my mother’s mug. I knew she hated it when she would suck her teeth together and gesture me to get my own. The taste of the coffee would get me up and if I tried to make it like hers, I’d fail. She would always be rushing to get the first things done in my father’s family business, the smell of iron running through her oil stained t-shirts.…

Haruka gasped, the words spoken were the ones their mother used to say. They were even some of her last words to them. Looking up from her shock to Tsukiko, she found a small yet faint smile. Her smile reminded her of a smile of a porcelain doll, one that has been left on the shelf. The forgotten doll left to be caked in dust, sometimes so thick it looked like a million spider webs.…
