I too believe they let him odd easy. I believe and others believed that if he was not white and did not live in Los Altos he would of got prosecuted in a different way. In October, shown got in trouble for smoking marijuana, and took off. They arrested him in another town that was 4 hours away were they had to restrain him because he was high. In February, the judge will sentence him for the probation violation. I believe Shawn got it easy, he could have potentially killed his father but they have him a break. It surprised me that they allowed him to be out of the facility during day and sometimes let him have dinner with his family. I believe if Shan was a race of color he would of defiantly got prosecuted in a different manner like he should have.
