When an adolescent commits a serious crime, he or she is most likely charged as a minor, meaning they don’t have to serve jail time and instead are sent to a juvenile detention or rehabilitation center. Some parents would argue that these children had no idea what they was doing, Chris Brown who said "To try to explain to a 12-year-old what the rest of your life means it's incomprehensible for him.
