This article is about a man named Justin Smith that comes back alive from freezing to death. The doctors used special tools and tried to bring him back to life. For 10 hours he stopped breathing, and he didn’t have a pulse.
In this article I learned that, you can come back to life, after being dead. In addition, I learned that, once you take blood out of the body, you can warm the blood up and put it back, to make your heart pump, this is called “ECMO”. One very interesting thing is freezing temperature actually might have helped him because his organs were still in good shape because his metabolism was so slow his organs need very little oxygen.
