The Company encourages any employee called for jury duty to fulfill his or her civic responsibility.
Therefore, employees who are called to jury duty will receive up to five (5) days of paid leave each year, provided they:
• Present proof of jury duty/witness attendance;
• Work any portion of the day.
Employees may, but are not required to use accrued vacation time if their jury duty responsibility exceeds five (5) days.
