Research from the University of Minnesota shows that those who eat fast food are more likely to die from heart disease and increases the more fast food you eat. “Fast food companies spend nearly a quarter of their marketing budgets targeting youths from 2 to 17 years old”, states an associate professor of nutrition. A study also mentions that 40% of kids between 12 and 19 years consume food from fast food restaurants daily.
