In the other world, food are something important to our body and what kind of food that we take effect of health and our body. Junk food such as fried chicken, burger and French fried often contain too many calories and too little nutrition. If someone makes the junk food as their regular diet, this can lead to the health problem such as obesity. Obesity is the health disease that cause by the intake of the food that contain high amount of fat and calories. Obesity is defined as an excess of body fat as measured by Body Mass Index (BMI) ratio in adults. In adults, a BMI over 25 are classified as overweight and over 30 as obese. Obesity has increased in both developed and developing countries although the pace and pattern differ from country to country. A 2013 study published in JAMA pediatrics showed that children and adolescents take in more calories in junk food and other restaurants than at home. Eating out added between 160 and 310 extra calories a day. According to the National Institutes of Health, some junk food meals give a whole day’s worth of calories.
