I think this is awesome that student can compete most of their high school requirements, by the end of their junior year. The reason being is because I did it and it was a fantastic experience. Some advantages would be that you can take some college classes your senior year. Taking college classes your senior year would save you lots of money. Another advantage is it gets you prepared for the real world. I say that because when you start college at a four year university, you will start basically ahead of the freshmen that starts with you. You would have the opportunity to work. There are some disadvantages to finishing early as well. One disadvantage is that you lose some of your freedom. Your junior year is supposed to be fun and exciting.

College Writing And Reading For The Incoming Freshman The transition between High School and University writing can be challenging to the ill-prepared student. In high school we might have gotten great feedback from teachers about our work: “great job”, “very good” etc, but in college our professors might comment differently most likely because they are searching for something different in college writing.
