Junior year not only allowed me to increase my background knowledge, but it also provided me with a growth in character. Through the course of my junior year, I demonstrated leadership skills as well as critical and creative thinking skills. Becoming more involved in my community was something I managed to accomplish this year, and due to my involvement in the community I have mastered my leadership skill. When I joined Big Brother Big Sisters, I had to became a leader and role model for my little, and I had to guide him and give him good advice when it came to solving his problems. Forming part of Big Brothers Big Sisters, allowed me to master my leadership skills, since I had to guide my little in the right path and offer help and advice
