As a program managers for Junior Achievement, Allen Kirkpatrick, supervises the relationship between schools and facilities that provide volunteers, by, requiting volunteers and training new volunteers on leading students through the Junior Achievement program. He also manages the programs, number of volunteers needed, and relationships with teachers, and businesses. The type of organization of human service Allen’s facility provides is Higher Education, and community service, because they help to run programs for kids, with volunteers. This program is available to all students in the area, and those who volunteer vary in race and background.
