They also mention that in the workplace extroverts seemed to dominate in all of the meetings gaining more attention than they often deserve. For the introvert this could be more trouble as they often leave the meeting wondering why they forgot to mention things and or why they didn’t think of certain things to say during the very important meeting. I also found that as an extrovert I may sometimes invade the time and space of introverts that need the downtime to relax from the stress of being around others. I didn’t realize before reading this book that I would be taking away time from them to be able to mentally and emotionally rebuild themselves per se. Interesting …show more content…
I realized after reading further that I this is just how I interpret the world from behavioral and verbal perspective. Although I can be very open and flexible with verbal communications and behaviors, I know I have to tolerate it to an extent. Sometimes I will reach my limit and may not verbalize it, but through my behavior I will let other know that I am “over it”. Since I am a Judger I do visualize the bigger picture and want to plan and organize everything.
