When you're jumping in basketball you use your Quadriceps,Hamstrings,Hip flexors,

and your Calves.A Quadricep is a large muscle at the front of the thigh,which is divided

into four distinct portions and acts to extend the leg.A Hamstring is any of the five

tendons at the back of a person's knee.A Hip Flexor is several muscles that brings your

legs and trunk together in a flexion movement.They allow you to move your leg towards

your torso that allows you to bend your torso forward at the hip.A calve is the fleshy part

at the back of a person's leg below the knee.Your Hip Flexors are the most important

muscle for jumping and sprinting.During a jump you perform hip flexion
