Brutus talks to Cassius mostly about killing Julius in Act 2 scene 3 they both have a conversation about the fate of Julius. Brutus does not hate Antony but respects him as an intelligent guy and Antony even switches sides to be with the conspirators only to save his own life but after Brutus hears of Antony betray the two go to war.
