Julia is much more flexible than Steve. Julia has already demonstrated her high adaptability when she went to the U.S. to pursue her post-secondary education. She would not successfully earn her MBA from Harvard University if she did not adapt to the way of living in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Moreover, Julia lived in Berlin for 3 years and is currently living in Hong Kong. The fact that she can live in North America, Europe and Asia independently demonstrates her ability to successfully adapt to South American lifestyle. On the other hand, Steve has never worked outside of North America, he does not have the experiences Julia has. As a result, Julia should be chosen.
