With globalization and modernization into the twenty-first century, there has been an overall increase in the number of diseases present or the number of persons affected by pre-existing diseases. As a result, health is of paramount importance and a sizable percentage of the world’s human population are becoming significantly health conscious. Gyms are filled and personal trainers are in high demand. To fuel this health craze, there will be the introduction of a new Juice Bar in Trinidad and Tobago by the name, Juice Me!

Our company seeks to build on the demands of the market where there is a steady growth of the organic food industry in developed nations that is driven by the belief that organic foods are safer, provides greater nutritional value than conventional foods and are considered environmentally friendly (Huang and Lin, 2007). This steady growth is now being seen in developing nations such as Trinidad and Tobago as individuals become more educated on their health and diet. There is a trend towards low-fat and health foods, and to a lesser extent towards organic products. Many supermarkets are catering to health-oriented consumers by dedicating entire aisles to display healthy foods and drinks. (GAIN Report 2016). successfully, we have Akilah Pereira as the CEO, a hands on one who assists in all the roles and Ahmad Ali, the Director who also heads the Operations department of the company. Ahmad is responsible for the employees with regards to their customer service skills and deliverance and overseeing that the employees are on track at the beginning of the day when preparing the fruits and vegetables to make the smoothies, juices, salads and finger foods. Ahmad will ensure that the farmers that deliver the orders to Juice me! deliver on time and deliver quality products so that we can serve our customers the best products
