Judicial Branch: The Most Power

Decent Essays
I think the judicial branch has the most power I say this because they can overpower the president even though he appointed them. The supreme court is also the most powerful it is the highest court in the country. They can overrule the president. Last but not least they have long lasting power that they can keep for the rest of their lives as long as they use that power in the right way and they don’t take advantage, they also can not have any type of “ Bad behavior” or that power will get taken away for good.
