The most important research tools for psychology of Judgement as well as decision are the normative tools, while the most vital model for judgement is ‘Bayes Theorem’ along with multiattribute utility models while for the normative model of decision the SEU models are very prominent . This research suggests that both the decision-making ability as well as capacity along with human judgement is found to be limited which causes the violation of the rationality principles. The concept of judgemental biases suggests that the probabilistic judgement is mostly hugely biased because the individuals mostly rely on heuristics. There were two groups in the company who were working on the same project and I got selected in one of the group. Both groups were good but one was thinking rationally following the rules, team leader’s advice and setting the destination of making up to the conclusion and others were thinking irrationally not following the rules of the company, team leader’s advice to complete the task within less span of time to make themselves feel good in the company.
