To understand the origins of this religion, you must travel back to over twelve thousand years to the Sarasvati Indus Region. The Indus-Sarasvati Civilization is the largest civilization in the ancient world. These individuals were located in the Indus Valley of India and many places around it. This civilization is so important because they did even more than the Mesopotamians or Egyptians. This civilization lasted for over 12 centuries with a vast amount of known Indus sites. There were over two-thousand sites found in India with over eighty-thousand people living there. The Sarasvati Civilization were the civilization to begin the practice of Hinduism.
In Hinduism, there are four Vedas. The Rig-Veda was the earliest of the four, written before 2000 BE. This book included many hymns and praises toward God, Gods, and glorious battles. The second of the four is called Sama-Veda. This book was recorded for the knowledge of melodies. Next, is the Yajur-Veda. This book teaches you the sacrificial formulas, for example, it gives you many rituals and how to do them. Hinduism practice tranquility and spread peace throughout the world and their civilization was one of the first to record using clay and make toys, statues, and poetry. Ghandi was a Hindu leader and he lived a long life and put many philosophies in motion. This religion was also the start of music and performing arts due to the sacred gatherings and hymns sung. The Jews formed many things we use today such as legal concepts and the separation of powers. Many famous poems came from Jews that impacted millions of us. Both of these religions play a huge part in today's society and despite their differences, they will always be loved by millions and millions of
