Jrotc has been a long way in 100 years ever since the bill that was created in 1917 as the national defense act (found in text book on page 18). This was made to make reserve officers which has now changed over time and is still changing. The jrotc program has been used in many countries which all together have 1,550 high schools worldwide using the jrotc program. The purpose of jrotc today is to make a better citizen in all high school students who take the course. Jrotc today is a better way to help everyone you can by being a good leader which can help you when you get a job. By jrotc being a large major point in trying to be a better person you learn that its not just about your friends who try and be cool by doing bad stuff but instead
