Jrotc Swot Analysis

The mission of JROTC is to motivate young people to be better citizens. The purpose of JROTC is to help young people better themselves as citizens and human beings. Not only is JROTC suppose to better and/or help better the young citizens, it will teach them sharpening their communication skills, promoting and encouraging citizenship through participation in community service projects, developing leadership skills, strengthen their self-esteem, improve their physical fitness, provide incentives to live drug-free, and promote their graduation from high school and develop a solid foundation for career development.

We help the young people better themselves as citizens, strengthen their bodies and improve their minds. We do our best to help any cadet improve themselves and rise through the ranks to build a great career foundation for themselves. Our instructors here in JROTC will help teach them about what they need to do to improve themselves as human beings and become better citizens in the process.

We will help them develop leadership skills by teaching them discipline, integrity, and responsibility. We will also help them strengthen their self-esteem, to a point where they can withstand a lot of insults or threats. Help them improve their physical fitness by making them do PT (Physical Training), so that they can go beyond their limits and be stronger than before. We will also help enlighten them on what certain drugs are, the dangers of them, and how to handle/stay clear of them. As well has help promote their graduation for high school and help them build a career foundation by, having them work in various fields during the time they’re with
