Personal Statement of Candidacy I, Joy Ford, deserve to be a member of the National Honor Society on the fact that I deem it would be an honor to be apart a such a prestigious organization that will allow me to utilize my attributes, steadfast focus on academics, and passion for actively engaging in community service. I believe I am morally sound with keeping my character with courtesy for others. When it comes to school work, I strive for excellence and academic achievement. I consider intelligence as a virtue and for that reason I am serious about my education. I am relentless and take mediocrity as a chance to strive for higher improvement. I desire to represent my teachers and supporters well by showing the evidence of my accomplishments.
