In the first quarter, this class benefited me in understanding the structure of an essay so that it is easier for me to write it. I have enjoyed learning new vocabulary every week and doing the worksheets with activities. The challenges I had in this quarter was the cell phone opinion essay. The word “essay “ gives me anxiety, but I understand that I have to write many papers throughout my life. The grade I got for this quarter is a grade I deserve and I take full responsibility. I am not quite happy with it, but next time I will remember what changes I need to make in order to get a better grade.
