One never tends to take the time to think how lucky it is to live in such a wicked world. It's crazy to think that as for everyone, when we’re living our daily lives, we could be walking past a potential thief, rapist, or killer. One truly never understands what people may go through. That's why it's best to instead of adding to the wicked world, spread positivity. As for Joseph Paul Franklin, the story is different. He lived in a broken home that didn’t allow him to receive the positivity, which would lead to Franklin being a strong ally for Adolf Hitler and the Ku Klux Klan if they were a thing in his lifetime. It was said that his father, James Vaughn Sr., was an alcoholic drifter. His father would often celebrate his “homecomings” by beating his children, and Franklin would receive the worst punishment. Franklin eventually dropped out of high school because of an incident that left him with severe eyesight damage. This incident had left Franklin excluded from entering the military, but he would later get married in 1968. It wasn’t common to see a young man marrying at eighteen years old, for it was when the Vietnam War was going on and many young men feared getting drafted. After getting married to his wife, his wife noticed a change in his personality, which would lead up to Franklin being involved in the National Socialist White People’s Party, and the Ku Klux Klan (Murderpedia). Franklin married Bobby Louis Dorman, who was sixteen years old at the time, in the year 1968 when he was eighteen years old. Connections were pretty tight as the two were neighbors. It came to a time when Franklin would beat Dorman, and she was afraid that he’d end up murdering her.
