Jose Mujica, the former president of Uruguay, was a very humble man. He was a man who loved life and explained that he hoped, “to present [himself]… like someone who goes into a bar and says to the bartender, “This round is on me!”” He wanted others to see the positivity and happiness that radiated from him and he wanted to stand out because of this reason. He believed that he was happy with what he had unlike most people who were always looking to buy more than what they needed. Mujica saw this as the problem with human beings, unlike him, they are not advocates of sobriety. A sober person has a sense of practicality, self-control, and self-restraint and he believes that these are important characteristics that most people lack. He also explains
