REPORTER: The reporter/CPS (Isabel) called with concerns for the victims, Jose Jr., Cynthia, and an unknown child. On January 25, 2015, the department received a report stating that Jose (father) was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against the mother (Gabriella). The father was charged with a state felony of child endangerment. Gabriella (mother) got into an argument with the father because he was smoking synthetic marijuana and getting high all the time. It is unknown if he was smoking around the children or if the children had access to the marijuana. The father (Jose) was acting aggressively towards Gabriella (mother).
