 The interviewee is José Ramirez
 He is 37 years of age - at least 7 years younger than I am.
 He is working as a truck driver for a food bank - work that I do not imagine myself doing
2. What aspects of this person's work determine or indicate his or her status relative to others?
 As a truck driver José has a very specific duty in the organization he is working for.
 José’s position, status and duties have direct relevance related to the purpose of the food bank.
 José is an integral part of the various different positions required to make the food bank efficient and successful.

4. What kinds of attitudes, values, and behaviors does this person's work culture encourage?
 José mentioned that Hispanics in general are very family oriented.
 As a result he likes to be able to spend evenings as knights at home with his family.
 His current position at the food bank allows him to accomplish this, although there are some times that it might not be possible due to the nature of the work.
 José has a very positive attitude towards the work he is doing.
 From the interview it became clear that his behavior and values are friendly, polite and sincere.
5. What attitudes and values held by this person are similar to your own, and which are different?
 It was quite a surprise to realize that José and myself do share the following attitudes and values:
• We both belief that our faith in God is the most important thing of all.
• We both agree that it is very important to have a positive attitude and to concentrate on the positive rather than the negative.
• Our values are very similar in that we both agree that family members, friends, colleagues and people should respect and treat each other with
