Good morning ladies and gentlemen,
Have you ever heard of, or met a leader, who works hard at influencing people, and earns it by consistently delivering a message, and every step they take, they are backing those messages up. If not, meet Jorge Ramos. But, before I introduce the life of one of the most influential leaders in the Hispanic community today, let me define leader. Leader as defined on google, the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country.
Jorge Ramos in my opinion demonstrates three types of leadership skills.
The first one would be an Authoritative leader, this type of leader tells you “come with me”, shows you his vision, then helps you reach that vision, by inspiring you, and staying by your

At age 24, he was reporting news for Televisa, Mexico’s largest media institution.
The editors wanted him to rewrite his social issue according to the station's policy.
On his journey to find freedom of speech, he sold his guitar and volkswagon beetle and emigrated to the United States. In 1983, he enrolled at University of California in Los Angeles; He earned his way by waiting tables and making change at a restaurant. He was hired for Channel 14, at the time the network was called KMEX, which since 1990 is called Univision.
By 1986, Jorge had moved to Miami Florida, to deliver the morning news , and an interview segment called Mundo Latino (Latin World).

Within months , he was promoted to the evening news. Jorge became one of the youngest national TV anchors in America media history . Today's he is called “Star Newscaster Of Hispanic TV” and “Hispanic #1 Correspondent and key to a huge voting bloc” by The Wall Street Journal.

Time Magazine included him in the list “The 25 most influential hispanics in the United States“ and Newsweek in its list “50 political and media figures. He is also in “The Ten Most Admired
