Reporter stated she has not seen her daughter, Jordan, in about 6 months. Reporter stated she isn’t allowed to talk to Jordan, but Jordan has reached out to her through other family members. Per reporter, Jordan has stated she wants to be with the reporter; she wants the reporter to come and get her. The reporter stated while Jordan has been in the home with Eorma (paternal great grandmother), Jordan has been sexually abused by Michael (Eorma’s husband), and Jimmy (Michael’s brother). There are no details on the sexual abuse, because Jordan refuses to talk about it. It is unknown how often the abuse takes place. The reporter stated it is believed the sexual abuse has been going on for about 2 and a half years. The reporter stated it may have …show more content…
Eorma was aware of the reporter being sexually abused, but Eorma didn’t believe her (reporter). Eorma did put the reporter out of the home, because of the sexual abuse allegations. The reporter stated the sexual abuse towards Jordan has been brought to Eorma’s attention, and she still doesn’t believe it. Eorma does leave Jordan in the care of Michael and Jimmy alone at times. Per Eorma, Jordan went to the doctor, and was tested for the sexual abuse; nothing came back, per Eorma. Eorma didn’t provide the doctor’s information or anything to the reporter. The reporter stated when she obtained Jordan’s whole medical and immunization records, Jordan had not been seen at a doctor for sexual abuse. Jordan has only been seen for things like checkups, shots, etc. Jordan doesn’t have a mental or physical limitation, but she has hip problems; she had hips problem as a baby, and she has seen a bone specialist. The reporter stated she has proof, as well as messages of the concerns for Jordan. Jordan’s basic needs are met in the care of Eorma, and the utilities are on.
