When I consider my future the Army ROTC Program is sitting upon the horizon. There are many reasons I have come to the decision fully committing to joining the Army ROTC Program. Throughout my high school career, I have been an integral part of the JROTC Program. I do not come from a military family, but decided to join the JROTC Program because I wanted to be physically and mentally challenged and succeed highly in my academics. I joined the JROTC Program at the start of my 10th grade year. The previous year of 10th grade, I moved twice throughout the year. My living situation at the time was very unstable, but naturally this was not an unusual lifestyle for me because I have grown up in a three-bedroom trailer with ten siblings and non-working
