Joie Fashion is a locally run fashion boutique situated in Queens Street, Brisbane, Australia. The boutique was established in May 2010 and continues to offer a range of beautiful, quality clothing items for reasonable prices. Joie fashion is looking to expand both regionally and internationally as a business through the use of social media and new shop front establishments to connect with fashion consumers around the globe. Joie’s mission statement is “To produce fashion and quality at the best price.” There is always something new happening at Joie fashion: new products and new campaigns being launched. Joie strives to create an inviting and exciting experience for all customers and targets female consumers between the ages of 16 and 25 years.
Without expansion and only one individual shop front Joie fashion makes $100,000 profit annually ($2000 per week). The sales of the business were $250,000 annually, however after expenses the profit figure came to $100,000. However after the intended expansion regionally and internationally, we aim to reach profit margins of $100,000,000 annually in it’s operations.
The marketing channels Joie Fashion uses to promote the business to potential customers includes the use of yellow pages, visual advertisement such as billboards and magazines, mobile and email marketing and

Traditional CRM was mainly focused on the amount of sales the company is receiving and how to improve this (ISM, 2009). However social CRM is revolved more around the customers needs. Social CRM allows businesses to develop solid relationships with consumers and customers becoming a loyal asset to the company instead of just a consumer.
