Words are, in a possibly not so humble opinion, the most inexhaustible source of magic, capable of both creating trouble and remedying it. These words are powerful enough to be the difference between a trouble evaded and trouble invited amidst a crisis situation. Employee trust is undeniably linked to communication in the face of crisis, and would define their attitude, continuity and cooperation. A classic example regarding crisis management is that of Johnson & Johnson during the Tylenol crisis in the early 1980s.
