Johnny Gunther Book Report

I believe that Gunther chose to present the death in this way because Johnny had been through so much the past year or so and he has been fighting for his life and pushing his body to limits his, nor anybody's body has never been, he continued to amaze every doctor, person, and friend he came across.
I believe Gunther wrote it this way because he wanted it to be subtle due to the fact that Johnny has no hope left, he now has a deadly tumor in his brain. His parents wanted to "keep him alive as long as possible because he loved life." His parents loved him and a couple of the doctors have been connected to him loved him because he is an amazing individual, and because he is a remarkable student and a loving child.

He tried to fix their marriage and to some capacity it worked.
When he was looking outside he was feeling hazy, out of it, and unfocused. He was considering his future and what is going to happen. All of these things that are important to him are on the line right now. He's unsure if he is going to live much longer but he had to deflect that off a little bit and remain positive.
This has reassured my experience of the book because this is the first book I have fully liked and enjoyed thoroughly throughout the entire book. I really enjoyed that they made his death subtle and calm because I believe everyone knew what was going to happen next, His parents needed to make the decision wether or not to continue Johnny being in pain for the first time since the beginning of the journey, or to stop all the pain, heartbreak, and false hope. They needed to let him rest in peace and I believe that this was the best possible way to end this amazing book. I loved the whole experience of reading the book and I thought I could really feel how he feels. Also, I believe that the parents knew that Johnny ultimately wanted, not really wanted but needed all of this to stop so he could live another life in

Lars and the Real Girl. (The Lake Scene) One prodigious technique that I have established in this limited scene is Pathetic Fallacy, in another definition, a Weather Metaphor. A clear example of this technique shown was when Gus has quoted “Is there a storm coming?”, and Karen has replied “the weather said no.” This showed me that there is a few overcast color’s involved in this scene, such as Grays and Blacks.…

The Return of Martin Guerre by Natalie Zemon Davis is a historical tale about sixteenth century identity fraud and the authors who wrote about the Martin Guerre trial. As a historian, Davis uses several forms of writing as her resources including “letter and diaries, autobiographies, memoirs, family histories…plays, lyric poems, and stories.” Davis realizes that these types of resources come with over-exaggerations, gaps, and contradicting perspectives, subsequently she supplements these with the use of her knowledge of the French government, geography, business practices and the legal system of the sixteenth century.…
