The Outsiders Character Analysis

"Stop! Please! Im Sorry!" Yelled Johnny Cade. Johnny Cade is a character from the novel the Outsiders. He is a sixteen year old boy that is from an abusive home.. The only people that show him love and affection and care for him are the members of the gang he is a part of which is called the Greasers . Johnny was the quiet one out of all the members of the Greasers. He was also know as the pet in the gang. Johnny looks up to Dally Winston, He also is known as a hero, Johnny parents don't care for him. Johnny is a sixteen year old who basically has to go from his childhood to adulthood to take care of himself.

He stabbed and killed a Soc named Bob. Bob is a character in the novel the Outsiders and he is in a different gang called The Socials but known as the Socs. The Socs and the Gresasers do not get along. This event took place during the night time. Johnny and PonyBoy were walking to the park. As they were walking to the park the Socs pulled up in a mustang and starts bothering both Johnny and PonyBoy. Than Bob grabbed PonyBoy and threw him into the fountain and started to drown him. Because Johnny was scared he panicked and stabbed Bob. However, because of Johnny's action it caused both him and PonyBoy to run away. They Both ran away to this church in Jay Mountain. After living there for about one week the church caught on fire. When the church caught on fire there was little kids inside of the church, So both Johnny and PonyBoy saved these children's lives and Johnny got hurt badly because of it.
