John Wayne Gacy was born on March 17, 1942 Chicago, Illinois. He had two sisters, an older one and younger one. As a child he was known to be a quiet boy, one that did not cause trouble. When he was young he worked as a newspaper boy, bagged groceries and got involved with Boy Scout activities. However it was inside his home environments that he had the most problems with. Gacy’s relationship with his father was very violet. His father was an alcoholic with a violent temper. When is father was in a drunken state, he would take his anger out on Gacy.
