John's POV
I have been hiding here for five days now and still no word from Kenley. 'What is she doing up there?' I decided to come out of my hiding space and find out whats going on. Before I could even get up I over heard some of moriarty's men saying something along the lines of,
'Mr. Moriarty ordered us to go and find John Watson. Something to do with ruining his daughters life, I don't know, Moriarty said to go after him so thats what we have to do.'

Great now I have to try and avoid all sights and find Sherlock, get him out, and rescue Kenley. Should be a piece of cake...

It was not a piece of cake.

As soon as I walked into the hallway I was spotted.

"There he is, get him!!!"

"Oh Sh*t." Off I ran towards Sherlock's

Moriarty was right I was just tolerating him until I get the antidote to Sherlock. We arrived in my moms room and started crying again, I tried to keep them silent but Moriarty heard and he bent down in front of me,

"Kenley? Why did you want to come down here? I don't like seeing you in this type of emotional pain."

"I needed to see her." I managed to chock out in between sobs.

"Okay. How about we get you back to your room and we will sort out where you want to bury her if you want or we can discuss that at a later time?"

"I need to do this. I want her buried in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens near the back."

"Okay now lets get you back to you room so you can rest up and we will finalize your adoption in the morning." He stood up and we started to head back to my room when I remembered why I was joining him in the first place.

"Jim?"

"Hm?"

"Before we head back to my room I need you to give Sherlock the antidote. That is the only reason why I agreed to become your

The audience Watson is addressing are those living in the South primarily the Caucasian community. This would is due to the majority his campaign supporters being African-American; the wording used in this excerpt also suggests its address farmers. Populism hoped to restore democratic and economic power back to the people and the key element was through unity and organization. Watson declares " You are made to hate each other" and seems to be implying there is an outside source for the hated between blacks and whites whether its being fueled by the government, monopolies, or both is unclear.
