John Proctor's Fallacies In The Crucible

Decent Essays
Amid the banshee-like wails of a shaken Mary Warren and the shouts of beleaguered officials; one can hear the crazed laughter of a man who realized his ill-fated attempt to prove the status quo of the court false. While his testimony was valid, the fallacies that were present in his reasoning backfired and allowed the opposing party to achieve victory much to the chagrin of John and the audience themselves.
