I really enjoyed your post on John Nash. I also believe that people with schizophrenia can lead a productive life if treated holistically. Biological and cognitive treatments are productive, but it is only through Christ that true healing can begin. Proverbs 4:20-22 sums up my feelings about holistic treatment by stating “My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh” (New King James Version). Kearney and Trull (2015) point out that the best approach for this disorder is “early and complete treatment” (p. 389). I believe Mr. Nash received treatment early in his symptoms
