I'm one of those people.” Be yourself and ignore all opinion of others, the best thing you can do it be yourself. John Lennon was an inspirational singer and song-writer. He spoke about people being true to themselves. Positive vibes came from Lennon’s music and his personality went along well with what he spoke about. Lennon met a young man, Paul McCartney, who joined the Quarry Men with Lennon. McCartney also admired Elvis Presley because he can relate to the loss as well. These two outstanding songwriters formed one of the most successful songwriting partnerships in music history. McCartney introduced George Harrison to the group then shortly after, Stuart Sutcliffe, then settled on Pete Best in 1960. The Quarry Men were renamed “The Beatles” and discovered by Brian Epstein in 1961. They then received a new drummer, Richard “Ringo Starr” Starkey. In 1962, they released their first single, “Love Me Do” and it went off the charts. People would say they’re such an inspirational group of young men. Lennon continued to write multiple of their songs and they became the most famous musical men in 1963. Their career escalated quickly due to their amazing musical talent and being quickly discovered. John Lennon was recording a song, “I Don’t Wanna Face it,” on September 2nd. It was never fully finished but appeared on the CD “Milk and Honey.” This song was a song he was working on by himself. He had recorded four demos at his Dakota residence on November 14th. The two that were released in 1998, “Dear John” and “Serve Yourself,” were on the Lennon’s Anthology. The other two, “Pop Is The Name Of The Game” and “You Saved My Soul,” were never officially released. Even with the death of Lennon, the group will still remain an amazing group of the Pop
